Going back more than 12 years, I used to work for Mizzoni’s Pizza & Pasta as a chef, the reason I decided to create this blog.

Cooking is one of my hobbies, and being a pizza & pasta chef for Mizzonis Of Rathgar was something I really enjoyed.
